I had the 1 hour head in the clouds treatment and from the moment I got there to the end of the treatment, Maddie made me feel fully relaxed and calm. The entire experience was honestly incredible and 100% worth it! My hair now smells and feels amazing and is so soft and my face is glowing after the facial. I highly recommend this treatment with Maddie to anyone looking to relax and unwind. I will definitely be back again!!

Claudia’s massage technique is flawless with always the right pressure (I like firm) & she has great strength in her hands. She spends that little extra time to work those areas that need more attention-even if you don’t tell her, she feels it. My shoulders are my particular hotspot & when Claudia first reaches them, I can feel they’re crunchy. After working on them for a few minutes, she releases the ‘crunch’ and leaves them with a more ‘doughy’ feel. My head feels as though it’s further away from my shoulders when I walk out of the salon! A massage with Claudia is worth every penny!

I recently treated myself to a head, neck & back massage with Claudia and after 5 months of working from home during lockdown, there was plenty of tension to be released! Claudia paid attention to all the knots and skilfully removed as many as were willing to disappear. The relief is immense and I’m already booked for my next massage. Self-care is now an essential part of my lockdown work life and that includes regular treatments with Claudia.

Oh wow! I just got fully immersed in epic Head in the Clouds experience at the amazing Beauty Retreat! Not only is your head in the clouds, but it feels like you’re in a tropical rainforest, under a waterfall! I love my treatments with Claudia-they are the times when I get to relax & have my face deep-cleansed, buffed & nourished! The shoulder massage is the cherry on top-once the face mask goes on, the tension is massaged out of them so I leave the salon feeling revitalised.

Maddie is such a lovely girl, made me feel welcome and at ease straight away. So happy with my nails and so impressed with the ‘head in the clouds’ treatment. You can tell so much thought has gone into creating the treatment, every little detail is perfect and has left me feeling so sleepy and relaxed!

I’ve had several treatments and services now with Katie and I ll keep coming back for more. She did my makeup for my wedding and I felt I looked fantastic the whole day. I barely touched up anything but the look really held making me feel my best without looking heavily done up. The process of having my make up and hair done with her in the morning was so calm and enjoyable , putting me into a great headspace for the day to come. My bridesmaids and mum also looked stunning, really bringing out the best in each of their features.Can’t recommend her enough so much so I’ve run out of word count
