Nicole is great as always! 😃 I booked for hand massage due to muscle tension and the pain related to it, after her massage all the discomfort and pain are gone ☺️ she’s a great person as well because she advised me the right exercises for my hands and the stretches in order to prevent any more pain for the future and also which supplements and food to eat . Fantastic massage as always from Amanda. She really listens to you and works with what you need. The addition of the TMJ intra oral massage is incredible - you really don't realise how much you need it until she does it. The massage table is so comfortable and the heated under blanket is divine in the colder months. I've been coming to Sound Touch Treatments since March and it is now my regular monthly treat that I'm not sure I can live without!

Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended!
