Tammy gave me the dreamiest, most relaxing facial ever! The products she used were gentle on my sensitive skin, and I'm keen to see how my skin looks and feels in a few days' time. The facial massage was an added bonus - literally the most peaceful, relaxing hour ever. Will keep going back!

Great quality hair colour and cut. Amazing head massage. And you can get your car washed while you dk your hair. (Just remember to prebook your car wash)

Esnarth was amazing! She welcomed me into her clinic & has such a positive attitude. The Aromatherapy massage was really good! I had no idea how many knots I had in my back and how much tension/stress I had in my glutes. Would recommend and will go back to her

Absolutely amazing! The atmosphere, the energy, the entire package! Exercise and I are not synonymous… Lauren was gentle while coaching me to challenge myself. As always, great! The excellent head massage is a relaxing start, followed by a good cappuccino and a great cut. Just a pity I can’t replicate Ronel"s blow dry at home!

I came here for the first time because the other places I usually go to were booked up/unavailable. Esnarth was my therapist and she was amazing. I got to choose which aromatherapy oil scent I preferred, and contrary to other places in Capetown here, I thought the location and room was quiet and relaxing. Her technique really targeted my areas of concern, and went beyond, compared to other massages I’ve had. I will start coming here regularly from now on.
