Great service offered me coffe of my choice with water and stamped my valet ticket all while seated. Chose the scissors cut only (180 AED) because I was going for the flow haircut but unfortunately my hair wasn't long enough but Fredie layered my hair since the sides were short and my hair was medium length and it took about 5 minutes which was a bit disappointing to me (that my hair wasn't long enough) but Fredie offered me free services (hot towel, shampoo, leave-in conditioner and massage) and also charged me for a normal haircut (150 AED) since the haircut took 5 minutes. Great experience!

My experience at the salon was great! The staff are very friendly and I had a lovely head, back and shoulder massage while I did my mani/pedi. The salon was very clean and spacious. My experience with the booking through Fresha wasn't as great... the promotions on the site were not available at the salon - luckily they offered 15% discount with Fazaa - and the directions to the salon on the website are completely off - get directions from Google instead!

Hi DJ, trust my message finds you well. Actually as you know, I’m a loyal customer hence usually very happy. Today, I booked an executive chap plus massage. Unfortunately there is no way to book preferences on usual barber and as such I have been given the first slot on the ex. chap with Freddie and then the massage. Makes not much sense, as after the grooming, the massage is going to mess up the haircut, leaving oily hair. Also, i would have expect to get the usual barber (Abdulah/Amer) as i had to explain everything to Freddie again... ans was not so happy with the overall service.

Sandali was so so good, she gave me the firm massage I requested and really took her time with my extremely painful problem areas in my back. The staff at the centre were so gracious, fitting me in super last minute. 10/10 would recommend.

The best ever massage therapist in the world is prime♥️ She is so professional and can deal with all cases. I have been tried many massage therapist, but I did with prime I don’t think to do massage anywhere and with her, even if her schedule is very busy I choose the day and time when is she available. Even I tell my sister to do massage with her and she likes her massage. I advice all to do a massage with her.

The staff in Cut and Colour were fabulous. I treated myself to a massage, facial, aloe vera hair mask, wash and blow-dry. Sandoline did a fantastic full body hot stone that was really relaxing. Rajah was really welcoming and Gabe me a great facial and Yasmine di a beautiful job on my hair. I left feeling revived and it was great value.

The massage was great as usual, but the only comment i have that the therapy is talking too much so i wast my massage time
