Kymari was amazing with my massage and body scrub. Prior to the appointment, she ensured I was finished with my tea too! I didn’t feel rushed at all. The massage felt like a deep tissue massage, which my body deeply needed. Her techniques were 10/10. The oil smelt great too. I was very happy with the treatment and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to treat themselves!

I purchased the into the deep package for my mom's 60th birthday, her overall experience was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, leaving her refreshed and completely at ease. The staff was exceptionally professional and attentive ensuring that every detail was tailored to her needs. The massage therapist used a perfect combination of techniques that alleviated her stress leaving her rejuvenate. We highly recommend this spa to anyone in need of a true escape from the daily grind.

It was my first time at Atera Spa and I had the Into the Deep package. It was a great experience, very relaxing. The atmosphere allows and encourages you to sit back, let go and relax. The staff are friendly, professional and really are good at what they do. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis.

I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and gel polish for my hands. I felt comfortable with my therapist Kelly and very relaxed. I enjoyed the deep massage to my feet the most and the great service given by all staff. Having a couples pedicure allow my to have a relaxing time with my husband in a serene atmosphere.

The quality of service was good as usual. There are just some little things from a customer experience perspective that can be improved. e.g. I was asked if the pressure in my massage was good, but not if there were specific areas I would have liked to focus on, so considering that option could be helpful.

The Full body massage was absolutely amazing. I could not believe how strong Jalissa was lol and she got all the knots out of my shoulder, so now when I work out with the weights, I have much better range..... I’ve had the deep tissue massage from Rene and it was the best massage I ever had. (& I have been to many many many spas in Barbados and US). From head to toe was done to PERFECTION. She ensured I was comfortable and maintained a professional setting. My body felt so relieved and was de-stress afterwards. 10/10 !!!

Clean, relaxing space and the massage therapist is friendly, courteous and definitely skilled.
