Amazing post half marathon sports massage - exactly what my entire body needed. Rich came highly recommended - his massage technique was by far the best I’ve experienced. He was incredibly knowledgeable & also gave great information & advice. I have no doubt that I will visit again in the future.

I can’t wait to visit Emma for a Deep tissue massage: she is excellent! As a triathlete I often struggle with muscle stiffness and I always leave Emma’s studio as light as air. She is so good at knowing what I need- and isn’t afraid to go extra firm when I request! But she can also be very relaxing too: best of both worlds!

A different experience for me today as I had an assessment rather than a massage! Nic was so professional and thorough with her investigation of the issue that I was having , I came away feeling a bit battered but happy that I have a plan to move forward. Thank you .... I think 🤣

Excellent massage. Nic is very professional and it is easy to feel comfortable about the experience. She is very knowledgeable, takes time to understand what the client wishes to focus on and gives clear explanations. It was great from start to finish. I left feeling relaxed and that body had benefited from the treatment. I highly recommend and will be booking again.
