The best. The stress levels were at crisis mode and the rest of my day post full body deep tissue was at pure bliss mode that rubbed off on everyone I encountered. Also got so many compliments of how lovely my face and skin looked(unknowing of my treatment) which I completely agree with. That facial massage combined with the full body was magical. Lucy is pure soulful magic. I felt nice. I smelt nice and I even looked nice after. 20/10 ✨

This experience was, as usual, phenomenal! I bought this 90 minute session for my husband. He said Roxy was very flexible in her approach to what he needed, was responsive to his needs in the session and made him feel comfortable and deeply restored. 10/10 experience - highly recommended!

Not only did she sort out some major back pain for hubby, she even took the time to message us afterwards with some research regarding the specific issues he was experiencing. I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

A truly amazing experience! The atmosphere at Roots Collective is warm. This was my first AYM and I loved the firmness of pressure coupled with the warm oils and powder makes the massage even more effective and relaxing. The use of certain pressure points really helped with my mental tension. Roxy has magic hands! Would highly recommend.

What can I say?! Sarah Jayne is the most beautiful human with the kindest aura you could ever meet. She treats with instinct, wisdom and compassion and is one of the most experienced massage therapists I’ve ever had. Her space is so cocooning and thought out, which makes you feel so safe and comfortable. Don’t hesitate to treat yourself!
