Thank you for the most amazing, deep tissue massage yesterday. I loved the room, the techniques; it was such a superior massage which is really hard to come by for some reason. I highly recommend Lesley for a massage, she checked the pressure was okay (and it was really firm, she is really strong) and I felt like Lesley put her heart & soul into my treatment. My back and neck feels a million times better, even after one massage. I love the whole environment too at The Self Care Retreat; super friendly and it’s a place of calm just off the high street. Loved it! Thank you again!

As I said to Brandon - you know you ache but just deal with it and put it down to something in everyday life. That’s until someone like Brandon pokes and prods 🤣!! But afterwards I can tell that I felt a lot more comfortable, especially in my lower back. Brandon has a lovely room and is very respectful and easy going. I would recommend having a deep tissue massage.

First time having a deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage with Brandon. Great service once again, Brandon worked on my neck/shoulder area which has been a concern for me as it has been causing me a severe amount of pain for some time. I am already starting to notice the difference, especially when trying to get to sleep. Brandon also did some stretching exercises with me which has helped increase my mobility in my lower back and both shoulders. I highly recommend Coleman’s Massage to anyone suffering from injury or persistent muscle/joint pain.

It was amazing, Fern really knew what she was talking about and provided a really good deep tissue massage. She explained what she was doing and why and at the end helped me understand my problem areas and what I could do to combat them in the future. I cannot recommend her enough.

I have been going to Fern for a while now and have tried a few others but, found her to be the best in our area. I have had the deep tissue shoulder massage which, has really helped with my stiff neck and shoulder. She finishes with an Indian head massage which is lovely and relaxing. The environment is welcoming, warm, clean and cosy. I would highly recommend her.
