I was feeling unsure if I would be comfortable as I am currently 37 weeks pregnant although Lesley made sure I had everything I needed and it was the most amazing experience. Been using Andrew for a sports massage for years. He really knows his body mechanics. Hit a lot of tight muscles in my legs and hips. I also had a slight ache in my right hip and he was able to tell me the cause by a body analysis he tried a dry needle on the spot and it worked wonders. I feel so much better from it. Very knowledgeable and professional and the best about.

I should have went to Andrew sooner. Having pain for several weeks couldn’t specifically think of a cause. Explained to Andrew he more or less knew what it was straight away. He did a few simple tests to confirm his thoughts then got to work. Andrew asked if I minded needles, I was open to try anything for pain relief. Andrew used dry needling method and it was great, I knew he was precisely targeting where the pain was coming from. Andrew explained what to expect in the next few days and gave me some aftercare to follow. After 2 days I am pain free and have full range of motion again 🤩

I would highly recommend Andrew he’s a lovely guy explaining everything that he was doing. I have been in a lot of pain over this last year and nothing that I did including physio oestopathy made a difference just one session with Andrew and I am pain free I can’t believe the difference in just one session.
