What a difference a massage can make! Ive been struggling to sleep due to pain in my neck and shoulders, but since my massage last week I’ve slept so well. Jayne always knows exactly the points to work on and does an amazing job at reducing my tightness/knots. I’ve had massages at other places in the past but they are never personalised to what you need. I’ll be making this a regular, thank you Jayne 😊

The best facial I have had and I've been to many spa facials over the years. Kat was the best. More than just a facial, there was a massage and meditation to finish . A fantastic price for what is offered. I'm definitely a new regular to Kat.
