I have had three massages and a facial so far from Grace and after each one I feel so much better. She puts you completely at ease by explaining what she will do and it was really helpful to have the email before the first appointment explaining what to expect, where to park etc. I recommend Bloom Wellbeing to anyone looking for a fabulous massage or facial 💕

Not having had a full body massage before, Ella was great and explained what would happen. She kept checking if I was ok and if the intensity was fine for me. It was a quick hour, well spent!

Great sports massage to release tight glutes shoulders and legs. Good advice and demonstration on releasing hip flexors and how it would affect back

Ella is really lovely, my massage was great, Ella explained lots of things to me, the atmosphere in the room was very relaxing, all in all a great experience.

Ella was great with sports massage working on tight areas of calves and shoulders. Always checking the pressure was not too great. Afterwards she explained where the specific tighter points were and how to look after myself after a deep massage re hydration and food. I feel a lot freer 11 hours later when writing this. Thank you team Bloom.

Heather asked about my problem. She then explained what she was going to do. The massage was firm but not painful. I was aware of the tightness of the muscles in my leg as she was massaging it.
