I couldn't have wished for a better massage, Lauren was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, unfortunately these sort of things make me quite anxious before arriving but she really made me feel so welcome and unbelievably comfortable. I went through a range of emotions throughout my massage and Lauren really lifted my spirits. Can't thank you enough and so looking forward to my next visit.

I experienced my first cranialsacral therapy and it was one of the most profound moments of my life. Tammy has such a wonderfully relaxing energy, that helped me to release blockages. I felt tension melt away and left feeling as though a weight had been lifted from my soul. It was truly, incredibly cathartic.

Had the most amazing full body massage plus scalp massage! With Ivory, I was so happy when I saw the option to add a scalp massage to any service as it's so hard to find anywhere that does this, and it did not disappoint! What a truly escapist and relaxing treatment. I went for the pamper package on a friend's recommendation which includes a shoulder, neck and head massage, a facial with beautiful Dr Haushcka products and a foot massage. I left floating like a cloud feeling like a brand new version of myself. I highly recommend this beautiful space and will be returning as soon as possible.

Had an amazing Swedish fully body massage with Molly. Molly has such a calming presence and you feel instantly relaxed the moment you walk through the door. Molly asked where I felt the most tension before the massage and made sure to give extra attention to my upper back which is my problem area. The massage was so relaxing and I left feeling amazing. I would of been more than happy to pay more for a massage this good and I will be returning for another very soon and dragging my partner in for a treat too!

One of the best Swedish back massage I've ever had! Was asked about any allergies and any areas that I'd like to be focused on prior to treatment. Told about aftercare/to keep hydrated following the massage. Lovely atmosphere and left feeling very relaxed.

Sophie is a wonderful therapist. She's intuitive, compassionate, totally non-judgemental, funny, generous, loves an analogy. She skillfully guides me towards understanding and self-awareness and also gives me the space, tools and confidence to figure things out for myself, which is very empowering. I've been able to reframe & re-write negative thought patterns, which has brought clarity and a sense of peace within myself that I've never experienced before. The journey is far from over, but I completely trust her to lead me to a future built on self-compassion & acceptance of all that I am.

Everything about my Tide 60 minute Signature Facial was perfect. Georgia, who exudes a calm, positive energy, welcomed me into her cosy, stylish treatment room, where she explained what she would be doing. This involved cleansing, exfoliation and LED light therapy with head, shoulder & neck massage. I particularly enjoyed the facial massage & hot towels….incredibly relaxing, alleviating all the tension in my face and jaw. The whole treatment made me feel serene and zen like….I had several micro naps throughout, embarrassingly waking myself up with little snores each time! Highly recommend!
