I absolutely love this place, the service is beyond amazing. I've been to many places for a massage and this one has been the best one yet. The quality of the massage and the atmosphere from the booking process down to the very end it is absolutely 10/10. Just overall amazing. WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Hot stone massage was unbelievable! Natasha made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. First ever massage I've had and I'll definitely be having another with Dragonfly soon! I drive a lot due to the nature of my work so I have stiff shoulders and lower back but Natasha has been able to release my shoulders (right side in particular) and has given me my range of movement back! Couldn't reccomend Dragonfly and Natasha enough ❤️

I have been going to Rosanna for years now for different treatments including nails, toenails, dermaplaning and waxing. Rosanna is absolutely fantastic at every treatment she has to offer and takes her time to get you the best results. My most recent treatment with Rosanna has been the Lymphatic Drainage Massage. I cannot recommend this treatment enough! I eat healthily and go to the gym regularly yet like most people still suffer with bloating and water retention. After just one massage I am amazed at the results my stomach is completely flat this is going to become a monthly treat for me now

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

This was a first visit to Bonitaz, and chosen due to the location and availability. I had the leg and foot massage, which started with a foot soak and pedicure. It was very relaxing and very good pressure used on my feet. Paula is lovely and friendly. Very attentive and professional. I will definitely visit here again.
