Lewis came highly recommended from a work colleague. Lewis is very accommodating and welcoming and puts you at ease. I had my initial consultation where Lewis listened to me and my issue. Lewis made a number of recommendations to get me back doing the sports I enjoy the most. I had the best body reset massage and left feeling fantastic with now no pain I'm my shoulder and neck. If I have any further issues in the future I know where to come. All round 5 star Service.

I made a booking with Lewis after an injury in the gym. All I can say is WOW, I was completely impressed with lewis professionalism, from start to finish he really looked after me. Wow, Lewis has sorted me right out spent 15 minutes over the slotted 1:30 time I had booked as he knew there were more areas that needed working on, came in with numerous things wrong with me and walked out fresh. I always leave the record for the day after as that’s how you really know and I’m telling you I woke up fresher than your breath after a full pack of extreme airwaves, would highly recommend🙏

The treatment I received was outstanding. I was diagnosed with Osteopenia in my hip, which caused severe mobility issues. After a few sessions and exercises with Lewis at Route 1, my mobility started to get back to normal. He put my mind at ease and was very encouraging to get me back on my feet. He kept in touch over the many weeks with my rehabilitation, with lots of praise and encouragement. I am grateful for everything Lewis did to help.
