Love my haircut. Shiho did a great job cutting my hair. She consulted and listened to my requests. Overall the salon has good customer service and I recommend the head massage too. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Steph is an attentive masseuse . I always feel relaxed after my massage . Steph is always considerate , with an extra blanket for warmth and removes my hair band for comfort when lying down . It’s these little extras that make me come back every time . Thankyou

This is my happy place !!! Very welcoming, no judgement ( my hair was awful ) neck and shoulder massage , keto brownie , amazing tea … hand massage while getting rinsed, and the most professional friendly team ever !!! I will never go anywhere else … do yourself a favour … buy a voucher for a loved one and be the favourite Aunty , mum , niece, friend .. or whatever .. this is by far the most amazing hairdressing experience ever And needs to be shared !! This was the best remedial massage I've ever had. Lee checked my medical history and responded to my specific needs. He checked in about the level of pressure at a few times and found all the places that were tight or sore. He didn't talk except when needed and allowed me to relax and focus on the treatment. They have health rebates also. I will definitely be back.

I had a beautiful experience with Airi! The hair wash and head massage was so soothing, and left me feeling very relaxed! Her attention to detail when cutting my hair was amazing, she really made sure I was happy with every step which I appreciated so much, and ended up with me loving the haircut! I just had an appointment with Mew, and she was very sweet and made the whole experience very relaxing. I had a haircut, wash and scalp massage, and I almost fell asleep during the scalp massage. It was very relaxing!

I have been coming to this salon for a few years now and I must say it is hands down the best salon in Perth. You get treated like royalty from the moment you step inside which is rare these days. Absolutely love it! I arrived around 3:30, and Morgan, the hairdresser taking care of me, was incredibly patient. We wrapped up around 5:30, making me their last customer of the day (I felt a bit guilty about that!). My hair is quite thick, but Morgan handled it with such care and attention. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing service as always. I came back for a balayage refresh since my last appointment in May 2023. My quality of the balayage was topnotch that I didn't feel the need to refresh since the regrowth blended in so well even after many months. Yasu's detailed consults allowed me to just fully relax during the appointment since I knew he'll get me the results I wanted. The whole appointment was relaxing - from the drinks service, to hair washes and head massages, and to the final styling. I will come back to Hair collection Tokyo over and over again for this level of service and balayage quality.
