This was my third massage with Andrew. I opted for a deep tissue again to help resolve aches and pain from working a desk job for many years. Andrew is welcoming, polite and professional, with a very calming demeanour. Excellent at listening to any concerns you have, explaining the treatment options and always checks in when it comes to your comfort and pressure used during each session. Every massage has been so relaxing and I’ve felt the benefits after each one. Both studios are gorgeously decorated and easy to get to via public transport. Looking forward to my next! Fabulous this is my second visit to Ampha for a lymphatic drainage massage . Ampha is a lovely person and amazing and so knowledgable at her job. I came out feeling great and felt the benefit of the massage . Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting one . Five stars from me .

The facials with Olivia are amazing. I love going in the evening. It’s such a relaxing way to end my day and it allows the products to work their magic overnight. I always wake up with fresh, glowy and hydrated skin. Couldn't recommend Olivia enough!

Andrew explained everything about how the session was going to go. The massage was amazing definitely will be booking another session.

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

Great massage experience as always! Andrew is so friendly and welcoming, and of course is a total professional in his job. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
