I had Nakita as both my massage therapist and for my pedicure. Her service was excellent and she knew how to navigate my very tricky and ridiculously sensitive back so that i could actually enjoy my massage. She worked out the knots and made sure I was comfortable through out. In terms if my pedicure, again she did an excellent job. My feet look pretty again! Very friendly! The spa facilities were clean spacious and had the perfect ambiance! Amazing value for money in an overall very impressive hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Island Xmas spa experience at Reflections Spa. My treatments began with the Lomi massage and a facial expertly administered by the masseuse (unfortunately I'm bad with names and I've forgotten hers). I, however, have not forgotten her skilled hands which worked out every knot and kink, leaving me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The massage was tailored to my specific needs, with just the right amount of pressure and technique. Next I had the pedicure, which left my feet looking and feeling pampered. Rating: 5/5

Fawn & Lashae provided top tier services and professionalism. The massage was divine & I felt like I was floating after the pedicure. The ladies were very warm & kind to my friend & I. I had a wonderful experience at Reflections Spa! I opted for the Bangkok Journey and requested a slight change to end with the bath, which my therapist was more than happy to accommodate. The treatment began with a Balinese massage and relaxing facial, followed by a full-body scrub, and concluded with a rejuvenating sensory bath ritual. I loved having the room all to myself throughout the entire experience—it was beautifully decorated and incredibly calming. I will definitely be returning!

10/10. That is how I would rate my experience. I had the Proud to be Bajan special which included a body scrub, a warm stone massage, facial cleanse and soak. My therapist Akayla(I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and i was so comfortable I actually fell asleep. Reflections spa was just what the doctor ordered :). Thanks again. I definitely will be making this a more regular habit.

I had warm bamboo massage which was nice. The beverage was a nice touch and the customer service was excellent. I would have liked if there was relaxing sound during the massage. Additionally, a diffuser with an essential oil would have elevated the experience.

Nickel was very professional and accommodating for me and my family. The receptionist was very friendly and polite as well. I would use her massage services again in the future.

Was good overall but Andrea isn't a great massager. She didn't always let me know what would happen next. She started to massage my head without saying anything. When she prepared the shower and left the room, I wasn't certain if I was to go in at that point. After a few mins she came back in with a robe and slippers so I could walk to the shower. Basic communication is essential. It's not being chatty, it's simply essential to the comfort of the client to know what step in the procedure will be next and what they need to do/don't do. I'll be back tho and Nakita has been highly recommended.

Nice set up and environment. The two ladies who helped us and administered our treatments were friendly, warm and excellent in the session themselves. We had the Karma Rejuvenate -Full Body Body Swedish Massage + ELEMIS mini Facial treatment which I would recommend. Great experience and I'll definitely come back and would recommend trying Karma Spa for yourself.

A wonderful couples massage. I’ve had lots of massages over the years but this was so blissful. We had the massage at 4pm, then pretty much went straight to eat. By 9pm we were back in the room and both slept amazingly.
