I had Nakita as both my massage therapist and for my pedicure. Her service was excellent and she knew how to navigate my very tricky and ridiculously sensitive back so that i could actually enjoy my massage. She worked out the knots and made sure I was comfortable through out. In terms if my pedicure, again she did an excellent job. My feet look pretty again! Very friendly! The spa facilities were clean spacious and had the perfect ambiance! Amazing value for money in an overall very impressive hotel.

Shakera's service is always top tier. I received a pedicure and the foot massage felt so good! The underarm wax was 10/10 literally pain-free and results smooth like butter!

This is our third year in a row that we have gone to Karma Spa because of how wonderful the massages are that we receive there. I had an amazing experience along with excellent service. It was a mind blowing experience for me, I had no idea that having a facial could offer such an unique experience. I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special. I would definitely return, because I have to experience a back massage and other services also. The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming. Many thanks to Shimaria and continue to provide Great Service.

It was wonderful and relaxing and I would recommend their services to one and all. It's so hard to find a service that has the full package. The ladies understands customer service and the Swedish massage was divine I felt like I had an out of body experience, I then proceeded to get a pedicure and my feet wanted to stay there, it was that good and lastly I topped it off with a manicure and that just done it up. I was so please and happy with everything. Thank you I will be back

Highly recommended! Called them at around 12nn today if they can accept walk in clients and didn't hesitate to accept me and my fiancé.
