The fact that Sarah is lovely and the stables is a very calm and beautiful place relaxes you as soon as you arrive. Every treatment I have had has been effective for me but my new favourite is definitely the bellabaci cup massage which feels amazing at the time and I could really feel the heat through for my muscles for the next couple of days! Definitely recommend
