I have had two massages at the holistic hub and they have both been fantastic! Getting my very knotty shoulders in check and giving me an hour to relax. The hot stones are hot and the cupping really gets into those tight muscles. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Friendly professional and very skilled at what they do. I will be back.

Lovely hidden gem, had an amazing massage from Megan. My first cupping treatment experience and it was surprisingly pleasant! Wasn’t sure what to expect but Megan explained the process to me and also made sure I was okay during the massage. Would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be a returning customer! Well after learning men can have as much done as ladies in the refinery rooms I opted for a full body massage. Had one about 10 years ago but jeeezz been under osteo for last 20 years but after an hour on that bed it felt amazing. I can honestly say I’ve had no pain or my usual twinges all day. On another note not knowing what to expect Alison made me feel very comfortable being in the right hands 🤣 excuse the pun. Will be going back also trying out some other types of treatments. Thanks again 😊

What can I say? I think I have used all the superlatives in previous reviews. I had a wonderful morning of pampering by Helen: pedicure, back and neck massage and Dermalogica Pro Skin 60 facial. The Garden Sanctuary was warm and welcoming and, having arrived feeling rather tense with all the things on my To-Do list, I left feeling soothed and relaxed. Thank you, Helen.
