Nicole is great as always! 😃 I booked for hand massage due to muscle tension and the pain related to it, after her massage all the discomfort and pain are gone ☺️ she’s a great person as well because she advised me the right exercises for my hands and the stretches in order to prevent any more pain for the future and also which supplements and food to eat . Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! I had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was really firm whilst also relaxing. I had lots of knots and she really focused on those areas so I feel alot looser now. I then had a facial from Irene who was amazing, my face looks so much more plump and a completely different shape to as I came in. My skin was visibly cleaner. Thanks so much to both

I will suggest Maria to anyone in the world!! She fixed my body and my mind in this past year in a way that I was not able to do myself. She helped me to relieve old muscle knots and drain fluids in my body through a mix of trauma release massages and lymphatic drainages. My body started to feel lighter, my legs less swollen, my period came back after many years of amenorrhea. Amanda was absolutely amazing and instantly helped my jaw relax with the TMJ Tension Release massage. She worked on my shoulders and back which were carrying a lot of tension as a result of my TMJ and then did a fantastic buccal/intraoral massage which really helped me. I was completely relaxed and pain free after the massages and just wish I lived closer so I could see Amanda regularly! If you are considering trying her, don't hesitate- she is the best!

Maria is a highly skilled, highly intuitive massage therapist with a kind, warm and friendly manner, who delivers deep tissue massages which managed to resolve physiological issues I had been dealing with for months. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and I cannot recommend her enough. I also recently experienced the ‘2 by 4’ massage, which combined two complementary treatments delivered at same time by two therapists. It was an extraordinary massage, reiki and energy healing in tandem with acupuncture and gentle physiotherapy - I highly recommend this to everyone!!

Had my appointment with Diego today and he made sure I understood the root of my problem and how to deal with it!
