Had an amazing deep tissue massage and facial from Lexi. She worked on my extremely tight shoulder muscles and they feel so loose now. It had been a while since I last had a sports massage & the tightness/ aches & pains were starting to show during my training sessions! Louise worked her magic on them & knew exactly which muscles needed working on, I’m really looking forward to continuing my treatment with Louise, not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she’s really lovely too
