Honestly can’t rate SP physiotherapy or Steph highly enough. Always there to sort out my aches and pains with treatment and massage. I've been a loyal client of Kara's for too many years to count now and I constantly recommend her to everyone! She's extremely welcoming, non-judgemental, empathetic and knowledgeable. I see her regularly for massage as well as other amazing treatments like needling, ear candling and cupping which all help me look after my body with the active job that I have. If you have an injury, old or new, Kara is your woman as she will find the source and do her best to relieve it everytime!
