100% the best sports massage I’ve been to! I’ve used Sarah for a few years now. I have used other people in the past but none of them gave me the treatment that SLR does. She really looks after you and caters to your needs. With how much I train, I definitely feel a huge difference in my body after treatment and make a visit to Sarah during tough training camps to keep me in top shape! I would recommend to anybody!! Just give it a try and see for yourself

My first sports massage with Kenley was great. She really listened to me about the pain I was in, she then tailored the treatment to work on those areas. Following the treatment I could really see a difference in my.movement and have booked in for another session.

Such a lovely experience and well needed massage. I am a new mum and Kenley was so lovely to talk to and really solved my back and neck pain I was having. Will be returning very soon
