I go to Kara on a semi regular basis with some vague description of a niggle I’ve been ignoring for weeks and she manages to nail it every time. Her knowledge and instincts are incredible and her passion for helping people blatantly obvious. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Honestly can’t rate SP physiotherapy or Steph highly enough. Always there to sort out my aches and pains with treatment and massage. Always explains everything thoroughly with what she’s doing and why. Very friendly and relaxed environment. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommended SP Physiotherapy to others. Thanks Steph!

I visit on a regular basis for shoulder pain, due to wear & tear. Instead of popping painkillers on a daily basis I seldom have to take any thanks to Stephanie . The exercises , advice and treatment are second to none . Highly recommend .

Very helpful. Sports massage for back/neck pain. Gave good advice to prevent ongoing issues. Would definitely use again.

Excellent visit with Lewis. Quick assessment of what issues I was having then straight to work sorting them out. Good sports massage to loosen things up along with some helpful pointers on stretching and strengthening a few weaker/problems areas. Returning for a follow up in a few weeks.

Would never go to anyone else! So accommodating and professional and fixes any issues that you have.
