Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

shakira was amazing, the experience was so relaxed and really enjoyable. she took things at my own pace and always asked me when she was doing the massage. she was so kind and approachable and she gave me some useful tips for following my massage. overall it was a thorough, relaxing and productive session.

Fantastic massage with Chairs. I felt totally relaxed, rejuvenated and at ease. The atmosphere is clean, cosy and welcoming. Charis is a wonderful and attentive massage therapist. It was my first time trying side laying massage, which was suggested due to nasal congestion, and it vastly improved the experience of the massage in all aspects. Would definitely come again and recommend.

Been using elements bodywork for a number of months now and definitely seeing the benefits. Was initially apprehensive due to a couple of bad experiences, but so glad I chose elements bodywork. I've had quite a few massages over the years, and I have to say, my massage with Patrick was the best one I've ever had! Elements Bodywork is now my go-to and I'll be telling all my friends to come here. It was not your standard one-size-fits-all approach, Patrick really took the time to get to know my problem areas and work on alleviating tension. As well as being very knowledgeable, Patrick is really kind and attentive, making me feel very at ease. I can't wait to come back again!

Had a great massage and would highly reccomend.

Terence is a very knowledgeable young man and I have had him visit my home twice now and both times he has been able to ease a tight painful hip flexor caused by years of running. I will be using Terence monthly or bi monthly from now on and would recommend anyone with pain from sports to give him a try.

Fantastic massage. Caroline listened to my needs and preferences and adapted perfectly. I needed someone with a very firm pressure and have never been able to find someone who goes hard enough in the upper back. Caroline made the cut!
