This morning I had a full body massage with Ella. The salon was warm & welcoming on arrival & I was quickly taken through to the treatment room. The room had low lighting, candles, & soothing music playing. Ella talked me through what she would be doing & asked if I had any areas that I would like her to pay special attention too & also what strength/pressure of massage I wanted. I was left to undress & get comfortable on the massage bench under a towel & blanket. Ella’s massage was just what I needed - technique, level of pressure & atmosphere were spot on. Left feeling wonderfully relaxed. ☺

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Hayley, and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment she walked in and smiled, I felt relaxed. Hayley is very skilled and truly knows how to tailor the session to meet your needs. She used just the right amount of pressure and techniques to release tension and ease my muscles. I had a mix of hot stone massage and lymphatic drainage. When she left, I felt completely rejuvenated and light. Oh my goodness! What an absolutely phenomenal massage today with Ali! I arrived in lots of pain due to my fibromyalgia and left feeling on top of the world. Ali took care to ensure that the pressure wasn’t too much and was able to work her magic on my tight muscles. I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time. Thank you Ali xx

Exceptional service! My partner had her massage before me and requested a light to medium pressure. She was thrilled, saying it was the best she’s ever experienced. The therapist nailed it perfectly. I, on the other hand, asked for a firm massage, and it was exactly what I wanted—intensely firm and expertly done. The therapist was highly professional throughout. We both left extremely satisfied and would highly recommend her services.

I am truly blown away by the massage I had with Hayley today. It was the best massage I've ever had. After three csections, my scar was causing me some discomfort. Hayley focused on this area as well as lymphatic drainage. I can already feel what a difference just one session with Hayley has made. I have been going to Flo for massage for a while. The experience is always good. She puts you at ease and checks that you are comfortable during the massage. The massage has helped enormously with the problem and Iam looking forward to building on that to improve my strength.

I have regular sports massages with Flo to help stay injury free for running. I always feel great after a massage and since working with Flo I've definitely seen a reduction in injuries and niggles, and when they do occur she knows exactly how to target them to help nip them in the bud (looking at you IT Band). She's also super friendly and will make you feel really relaxed and comfortable in the session. All in all a great service and very good value!
