Just had the Rose Quartz Body Massage by Amy and I have to say it was something else. Very different to a Swedish Massage as you don't feel the deep tissue massage as much. However, it was amazing. The feel of the rose quartz stones is fab, very soothing and relaxing and afterwards I still felt as though I'd had a deep massage (somehow!) The mixture of warmth, from the hot cloths and coolness, from the quartz, is invigorating. Now to try the Rose Quartz facial. Can't wait..

Had the most amazing full body massage and scrub this afternoon with the brilliant Michelle. Far better than all of these BIG name spas. Michelle could definitely teach them a thing or two !! I booked the Swedish massage as I wanted muscular relief to my hips, buttocks and hamstrings. I left the studio with the feeling that all of my muscles feel totally relaxed. In fact my mind is in an equally relaxed state. I’ll, hopefully, be booking again soon
