So this was my first massage so I had no idea what to expect, but Rachel took the wheel and guided me through everything. I was made to feel very comfortable in her space where I had an Indian head massage, full back and shoulders massage and hot stones treatment. I was away on another planet for nearly the entirety of the treatments and I'll be honest I was really gutted when it was over, I wanted more! The aftercare was also great, very informative and helpful to get the most out of the work Rachel put into my treatments. I definitely look forward to going back!

Oh wow - I wish I could have stayed awake. This was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve had. Perfect setting, soft lights & relaxing music, wrapped up in a cocoon of warmth. Perfect way to spend an hour on yourself

Had a lymphatic drainage massage for the first time yesterday and will definitely back again. Rachel’s treatment room is beautiful and of course smells lush! I chose the revitalising lemongrass & rosemary massage oil which smelt wonderful, and I enjoyed and felt super relaxed after the massage. 10/10 would recommend. Going to try the active cupping I think next time!

Having suffered with extremely painful Achilles tendonitis for 10 months which wasn't improving with physiotherapy and massages, I came across RCM Wellness Centre. I had a biomechanics assessment with Ali, who recommended a programme of exercises and a course of laser therapy. The laser treatment was performed by Emma. I noticed an immediate improvement after the first session. 3 sessions later I am able to walk at speed for long distances, and am enjoying life again. The laser therapy has also cured a problem hip at the same time. Both Ali and Emma have been wonderful with me. Thank you both.

Fabulous experience. Very relaxing and professional. Just what the Dr ordered. Being on my feet all day with work the foot and leg massage was what I needed.

Emma was really caring and most importantly she listened to me whatever was on my mind. Gave me good positive feedback and report. Today Had the Wellness Massage by Michaela- Individually tailored treatment mixture of hot stone and aromatherapy. One of the best massages i have had, good amount of pressure. Definitely recommend.
