I honestly can't say how much I enjoy my facials I'm having! I have not only seen a incredible difference in my skin but Lauren is so helpful, always. I ask so many questions regarding my routine and requirements and Lauren's vast knowledge is very impressive. Natalie was welcoming and warm and professional. I had an appointment for make up, and given I am 31 weeks pregnant, Natalie was accommodating for me, offering time to move around, as well as alternative seating so that I could remain comfortable. Natalie talked me through her process, and was happy to take on board my requests, as well as offering advice.
