Nice massage. Just a couple of things. On the start it would have been nice to ask what sort of pressure I like. Also I am pretty sure on booking it said 60min massage but was done within 45min. Room it self was nice but the floor could do with a mop.

I just love the girls at ugly bettys. They are all so friendly, welcoming and amazing at what they do. Today I had reflexology and a hot stone massage from Chloe - I left there feeling super relaxed and like I was walking on air. I also had acrylic nail infills with Hailey who always does brilliant nail art for me which gets compliments from many people I meet.

I had a lovely head spa - the treatment was explained and I was asked what level of presser I wanted. The room was private and comfortable and the treatment was incredibly relaxing.
