The best scrub + massage package we've had. Hands down to Ms. Erica dun sa hard level ng massage. My soul left the building, pati lahat ng hinanakit ng katawan ko. Kung walking/driving distance lang yung Tomas Morato from where I live, I would go here every month. Place is very clean, high end spa level with a pangmasa price. ☺️

Relaxing. I felt much better after my Swedish massage session. Facilities are presentable and could be elevated / refreshed at some point. Helpful to have a hand towel in restroom, refreshments for sale, lighting with b dimmers. Kudos to Sally ~ very good and thorough therapist!

It’s been a while since my last head spa. I thought the first time is great already but surprisingly, it’s getting better. the start of massage in head&hair to the shampoo and facial then water ring... Everything is soooo relaxing 🥰 super worth it! 🩵

It was so relaxing! The ambience, cleanliness and scent of the place is well thought of. Appreciate having my own space with the shower area. Total service was great! From concierge personnel, very congenial, to therapists, who are well trained and knowledgeable of their craft, to the amazing interiors and high-end designs. The place is cozy with a serene ambience. We had their Cedar signature massage, a combination of acupressure, Swedish and a bit of shiatsu, and it was one of the best massages I've had! My mom enjoyed the massage very much as I do. 😊

The place is perfect! May pagkaOC ako and I can say the place is super clean from the entrance door to the receiving area, toilet room and the massage bed. Wala ka maipipintas tlaga! 🥰 Scent is relaxing and addicting.. Hindi tulad ng ibang spa jan walang kaamoy amoy. Kahit ung towel sheets, and shorts sarap singhutin ng fabcon nila hehe😍 I very much enjoyed the attention to detail of the masseuse when they asked on what’s needed, they asked if we have any health concern, on in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. Great service👌

The staff were very courteous and accommodating. Also love the vibe and smell of the spa, very relaxing and hygienic. The sheets are fresh and clean. Kudos to Ate Sally for the superb therapeutic massage!! For the facial, maybe it’s just me but I felt it was kind of rushed but I loved the head massage. Will definitely be coming back!!

How much do I love Naya? Let me count the ways. I love the accommodating staff who's always there to assist. I love the quality massage and atmosphere, it's quite an awesome place. Although my husband we arrived earlier than our appointment, we were accommodated and seated at the foot spa area which we appreciated because we got to use the reclining chairs while we waited for a room to be available. We both had the Swedish massage for 90 minutes which was pure bliss. The ladies who attended to us made sure that the pressure was just the way we liked it. The sheets and the pillowcases were so soft I could definitely detect a high thread count in the fabric. We were offered be at the end of the session.

2nd time to avail of their services in less than a week. Loved that I get to have a massage with their massage chair while having my foot spa and my manipedi. Reign was very gentle with my nails. To cap it off I had a swedish and hot stone massage with Khim. Really good service. So happy with the services I availed tonight. Worth investing on your membership privileges. I just hope you improve on your booking process particularly on the "prioritized booking" for members. I don't feel prioritized at all when you required a Php 500 DP. Not even stated on the form when I signed up.

Came back to try the deluxe foot spa + pedicure. It was also a relaxing experience tho, very wise of them to put massage chair & foot spa service together. We love it! Will be back again soon 😊
