My deep tissue manages with Alison are always fab, she really helps get out all the knots and relieve a lot of tension. Highly recommend Alison generally, and this type of massage in particular, especially if you like a good pummelling to de-stress!

I had an amazing massage with Kerry at Santosha Therapies after my first football game of the season, and it was exactly what I needed. My muscles were extremely tight, but Kerry worked wonders, helping with my recovery while making me feel completely relaxed and refreshed. Her beautifully designed studio added to the calming experience, and her skill and intuition were impressive. By the end of the session, I felt rejuvenated both physically and mentally. As usual Kerry was ger most amazing self, so comforting and kind and her massages are the only time I truly relax. My neck, shoulders, and arms have been particularly tight and painful and now I'm feeling much more supple and in much less pain, I even went home abd stripped a wall of paper! Thank you 😊
