Everything is 5* here Let’s start with the clinic itself - absolutely stunning, extremely stylish and super clean but completely inviting - their treatment list is amazing too. Next the staff - all incredibly attentive, friendly and easy to talk to but in the same breath absolute experts in their craft and love what they do. I had Botox with Jess and she was epic. Made sure she talked me through everything, very methodical, put me completely at ease, such a professional Cannot fault anything about my treatment or experience.

This lady is amazing! She offers a wide range of affordable & quality treatments. She explains everything in detail & is very professional. I suffer from anxiety & Ewelina was really understanding & reassured me from the beginning. She is so patient & kind. She put me at ease straight away. I was scared about getting any treatments done but she advised me on the best one for me & what would and wouldn't work. I wouldn't go anywhere else now she really is the best at what she does. Her knowledge and expertise means you're in the best hands and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin care.

I went for my first V Mould appointment and it was amazing! I was shown privacy and respect and made to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. I was listened to about my previous experiences and what I expected from the service, which was great! She was very precise about making sure all hair had been removed. Good aftercare given! Overall a lovely experience and I’m booked back in again! Thank you 🥰

Gemma made me feel really at ease for my first massage ever. She was very attentive and made sure to check how i was doing throughout the whole session. I felt like I'd known Gemma forever by the time the session was over. Her warmth and friendliness really helped make this a positive experience for me. The massage was incredible, I feel no shoulder tension for the first time in my life and it's a weird but great feeling! All in all a fantastic experience and I'll be back!
