Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The heated bed was an unexpected treat—I think I even dozed off a few times! The space was spotless, beautifully scented, and wonderfully cosy against the miserable London weather. I’m excited to see my results and start using my new products. I’ve already booked my follow-up Bespoke Facial. Highly recommend—Siân is amazing

On Thursday, February 20th, 2025, I had an amazing manual lymphatic massage for my belly and face. As I walked in, the ambience was very relaxing, setting the tone. Yoana herself was not only highly skilled but also incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire procedure. She took the time to explain the treatment in detail, making sure I understood every step of the process. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Received the Rio peel facial, lemon bottle and 0.5 lip filler today and I already feel 10 times more confident. Farhat is so lovely and informative made me feel very comfortable. Will 100% be coming back! X

I had a great experience. I had the peel. It didn’t take too long and I had a glow film over my face afterwards. I didn’t feel any burning or tingling. Can’t wait for my skin to start peeling. She’s very knowledgeable and knows her stuff which was very re-assuring. This was my first time but I feel confident that I’ll be back
