I'm thrilled with my hair! I was nervous about going to a new salon after years of going to the same hairdresser, but Demi and the owner spent extra time with me to get the colour result I wanted which I really appreciate. Demi is very talented and did an amazing job with my hair. It's a lovely salon with a friendly, cheerful vibe. I will definitely be booking with Demi again when I'm due my next appointment!

First time visiting the Glam Factory. Had a wash, cut and blow dry with Tina she did a lovely job. I look forward to coming back!
