Now and Zen is centrally and easily located on the end of Dunmore Street in Throop. Maple parking and easily marked entrance on Adam’s Court in the back of the building. The owner Lynn is very personable and Christine is great- she has the perfect touch and is an excellent massage therapist. Her experience really shows!

I am really enjoying my one on one training sessions that I started with Lynn. On day one she listened to what my personal goals were and made a plan to get me there. I look forward to going to her welcoming studio and I'm excited to build up strength and flexibility.

Lynn is an essential part of my wellness routine both mentally and physically. She helps me stay healthy in myrunning, cycling and working out. Her massages are a crucial component of my recovery. I would recommend her to anyone looking to enhance their training routine.
