Excellent. I arrived late, a quarter of an hour late, which is not normal for me. I was assured that there was plenty of time for the cut and blowdry as the next person had not arrived yet and was having a colour done.. All was calm and smiley. My hair looked good when I left the Hairdressers an hour after I arrived.

Lovely, Katie is very welcoming and helpful. Natasha is very friendly and a brilliant hairdresser. She is so good at understanding how you want your hair to look and I am very happy with my cut and blowdry.

I always have a fab experience whenever I go to Sonica’s. The ladies are always so welcoming, I love the music. My hair was well done as always and a nice massage whilst under the dryer!

I had a luxurious experience getting my lace front installed by Tiny. She was so polite and gentle. My wig had some issues but the was she handle the situation was so professional and at the end of it all my wig was installed quickly. This customer service was remarkable q0/10
