Its always such a relaxed visit when am there. Robyn knows her colours and she knows just how to cut my hair... one thing about Robyn is she handles everything from consulting to hair colour and cute to wash and blow dry to style. She is my hairdresser of choice everytime.

This was not my 1st visit to Elite, but it was my 1st appointment with Michante. Loved the way she matched my hair colour and she did my blow dry beautifully. I was spoilt by the rest of your team with a lovely shoulder massage, head massage at the basin and the most divine Hot chocolate. You will see me soon again. Regards Charmaine

Might I just add that the hair washing experience was one of the BEST I've ever had. No uncomfortable basin edge to contend with. Give Don and Leo a try - even if you just need a wash and blow 😉

Uniforms for the staff would be fantastic or a decision on a solid color for staff to wear would add that much of professionalism. Staff to be more attentive to the client and not to chit chat while busy washing or drying clients hair. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Robyn did not disappoint. From drab looking to fresh, and a impromptu lesson on achieving same blow-dry results at home. Detailed instructions on products bought, that's a first for me. Eventually found my stylist!

What a lovely experience!! The facial was wonderful, my skin feels great afterwards. The reflexology massage was out of this world!! Fell fast asleep!! The wash and blow dry was gentle and professional! I’m really pleased with the result.. A very positive experience….. will definitely be back.
