Such an amazing experience I was so nervous and she calmed me down instantly, such a lovely professional girl highly recommend!! Will definitely be going back for more piercings in the future..went in for one flat ear piercing and come out with that and my belly, explained thoroughly on aftercare and was very truthful with my questions and her advice, massive massive thank you!!

i had such an amazing experience!! sophie was absolutely brilliant, i felt very safe and relaxed throughout the whole appointment. every step was clearly explained to me, as well as aftercare (which was also given in written form afterwards.) my piercings are absolutely perfect, i highly recommend and i will definitely be back for more piercings!!

I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! A lovely hour with Tia getting my nails Christmas ready. Storm Darragh had forced a lot of places to close but all staff had arrived at 9am. Jordanna was busy checking that all clients were going to attend their appointments and rearranging if necessary. A very busy, organised and professional salon with good coffee. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wonderful pedicure experience with Mari. She was warm, friendly, gentle and did a lovely job with my poor neglected feet at 38wks pregnant. Thrilled with the service, and would highly recommend and definitely want to return for more pampering when I get a chance to!
