Download a series on your phone to make the time fly by. After the treatment, I recommend taking a cool shower – your body will appreciate it! Drinking plenty of water after each session is also crucial to help remove toxins.

Sally May is wonderful, authentic and a great therapist. I picked up weight alas after missing 2 sessions a month apart. She encouraged me to do more treatments, eat properly and do exercise.
