Chantelle was lovely, the beauty room is so cosy and pretty inside, perfect for a pamper. My HD brows are absolutely amazing, the best ones I have ever had. The shape, tint and thickness I kept was fab. I usually have alot of redness after brows but had minimal- Chantelle definitely knows what she is doing and is very professional and explained aftercare- something I have never had with HD brows before. The pregnancy massages from Bex are also amazing. Best one.Recommended to my pregnant friends and they all said the same too. I am so pleased I have found Chantelle, Bex and The Willows.

I asked Rima if I can book her on the same day. She was able to cater to my needs and she did a remarkable work!! She's confident in what she does because she definitely knows her stuff! It's rare to find people like Rima who are very caring to their customers. I will definitely come back and will recommend her to my friends!
