Gillian is a gem. Her wee room is an oasis of calm and she has such a calm, nurturing nature. Manique is a lovely inviting space and I look forward to visiting other practitioners. I went for reflexology and it was a dream. I will be back and would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Shabana is an amazing therapist with healing hands. Her Black Dismonds facial with lymphatic massage was wonderful. The difference in the fine lines around my mouth was astonishing. I will definitely be booking a course of these!

The facials with Olivia are amazing. I love going in the evening. It’s such a relaxing way to end my day and it allows the products to work their magic overnight. I always wake up with fresh, glowy and hydrated skin. Couldn't recommend Olivia enough!

Gillian is hands down THE BEST therapist. Her space at Manique is so tranquil and as always Gillian makes you feel amazing after any treatment. Her passion for helping others oozes from her and her hands are magic. I feel incredible after my massage and reflexology and can’t wait to go back in 3 weeks time. I had an amazing reflexology with Gillian today and will definitely be returning! The space, atmosphere and Gillian makes it such a calming and relaxing experience ans I floated out of my appointment feeling so chilled. She also told me what my feet were saying about my body and gave me techniques and ideas so support these problem areas. If you are looking at this review, get your appointment booked in. You won't regret it!

At last I found a Reflexologist who helps me completely relax. Shabanna provides the perfect combination of relaxation with guided breathing and therapy treatment. For me, Shabanna's pressure is perfect and is very effective. She also incorporates a soothing massage to the feet and legs which just adds to the whole experience. My sore back has completely gone and I feel balanced and ready to face life's pressures. I would recommend this lady and Reflexology and as a trainer I'm a difficult client to please. A + I'll be back for regular sessions sure!
