I took advantage of the holistic treatment off and had a 30 min massage and 30 min reflexology for the very reasonable price of £35. Both treatments were amazing - I highly recommend and hope to be back next month.

Beth was so attentive and talked me through the stages. I had lvl and brow lamination. She took great care and had amazing attention to detail. As well as being a lovely girl she is very talented. Can’t wait to go back and try other treatments too. 10/10

What a wonderful relaxing hour. Thoroughly enjoyed my reflexology session.

Carina was lovely, she explained what she would be doing and made me feel very comfortable. I have not had reflexology before and I really relaxed and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend 1 Love Holistics ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
