My experience was excellent. The nail tech is very professional and always tries to make you as comfortable as possible, she is very gentle and that was a big plus for me because my nails are very sensitive. 10/10

I had a lovely birthday treat! Staff were polite and respectful and ensured that my experience was enjoyable and relaxing. My only comment would be that my manicure took longer than expected and as I had another prior engagement, my nails did not get sufficient time to dry thoroughly. However, I had a lovely experience at the spa

Antonia is an excellent nail tech who pays attention to detail and making her clients feel at home, always making sure that they are satisfied and including them in conversation and asking how they feel as she works. Eg "she says do you like it so far, or if you didn't she would then offe a suggestion, but they always say yes.
