I am in awe of how talented Elzbieta is! She made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable as always with her lovely welcoming attitude. I had some areas that needed special products which she sourced especially for me and my needs! I even decided to add an additional treatment as I arrived which she sorted for me straight away and then we discussed a price that would work for my buget. And the treatment has worked so well and I am over the moon with my results, Elz has me looking and feeling like a supermodel as she does every time! My purifying facial with Nicole today was the most relaxing hour ever. After a long few months of work, this was absolutely perfect for a bit of me time, and to tackle my pesky oily skin, which now looks so dewy and youthful. Nicole was amazing, this felt far more than just a facial! She was extremely helpful with giving advice about my skin and recommended services that I would benefit from. Can't wait for my next one! 😍

I had a lovely appointment yesterday. The warm room, great communication from Elzbieta, and a relaxing facial left my skin feeling incredibly soft—like a baby’s. Even after waking up, my face remained smooth and refreshed. I can’t wait for my last session!

I had such a wonderful experience during my facial session today! Elzbieta welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel completely at ease. She took her time with my skin, carefully explaining each step of the process, which I really appreciated as it was my first time getting a facial. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and even gave me a lovely freebie at the end. My skin feels incredibly soft and is still glowing—I can’t stop touching it!
