Absolutely obsessed with my brows & lash lift! It was my first time going to Nadette & I’m now gonna be a fully fledged regular! The place is gorgeous, so cute & cosy, plus the location is spot on. Grace was super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole treatment. I booked in for a Level 3 Facial and at every step she knew exactly what she was doing and answered any questions I had about what was going on. She tailored the treatment throughout to suit my skin needs and recommended products to use afterwards. If you’re looking for a facial in Manchester, Grace is your go-to!! Will definitely be returning :)

Had my first appointment here for a hand brightening peel. Samantha was so friendly and welcoming, gave me enough information to make a clear decision whether I wanted to go ahead and made me feel very at ease. The clinic is very clean and smelled like a spa! Very professional service, Would defo recommend!

I went to Samantha for my second appointment with a pretty painful and red breakout on my skin and she was so so gentle. Through all my appointments she explains what she is doing and gives really amazing advice, and is super knowledgable- she advised just by looking at my skin that the skin barrier was compromised in my breakout . By the time I left my breakout had really visibly reduced (I actually couldn’t believe it!) and was much less painful. I really love these appointments and end up so relaxed I fell asleep under the lamp!!!
