The most amazing, calming experience! I felt welcomed into the space and was guided through everything before being left to relax and enjoy! The red light room and crystal mat was incredibly soothing for my aches and pains. The float tank was a surreal experience and the hour flew by! As someone who suffers with fibromyalgia and ADHD, it was amazing to feel weightless and calm and my busy brain managed to shut off, allowing me to just be.. I felt surprisingly refreshed afterwards and enjoyed spending time chatting in the open space. I had the best sleep that night and I can’t wait to return!

I wanted to see if the weightlessness and sensory deprivation of a flotation tank would help ease a tired body and a busy mind. I booked a package to include an infrared and crystal therapy room. I was helped by Prue and Larry who were lovely and welcoming. They gave me a tour and explained what to do/ expect and answered any questions. I went the infrared room first, I loved it. I felt rooted to the spot, grounded. The flotation tank was bliss. Wasn't sure if I would, but I stayed in the dark the whole time, so calming. The experience slowed me right down, which is what I had hoped for 🙏

Hi I booked this for my mum as a gift. And she had some feed back as a disabled person . It's located up 4 flights of stairs which isn't advertised on your sight which she struggled with also no hand rails in the shower. She would have also liked the option of coffee . She would also have liked smalls snacks to be available for purchase as she has diabetes. Over all though she loved the service and would recommend to other people also she really liked the customer service .

Emily is fantastic, she is very professional, friendly and caring!!
