My second visit today. This time to have my nails and eyelashes done by Suzanne & Natasha. Really pleased with both. Good to have the process explained beforehand and the aftercare as well. The loyalty care I think is a great idea. The girl are friendly & chatty. I really like the decor of the salon. I feel a lot of thought has gone into this. Will be back in a few weeks time for some new nails I think.

Very pleased with eyelash lift and tint. This was my first experience of this treatment but Sarah put me at ease and explained each step of the procedure. Would recommend both this treatment as the results are fab and Sarah who is excellent

I have been going to Pav at Finesse since I moved to the area about 1 year ago. She is friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. I have had hot stones, bamboo and full body massages as well as facials, waxing and tinting. Nothing is too much trouble for Pav and she even organised a girls day for my sisters when they came to visit with nibbles and drinks. Highly recommended and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I previously sent pictures of what I wanted as requested and meeting Joanna I found her really pleasant and easy to communicate with. The consultation was to discuss exactly what was required and 'try on' the look. I booked an appointment for treatment and another for a touch up and left a deposit.The treatment room is a lovely place too. I wanted a very subtle upper eyeliner, close to the lashes. After initially numbing the area I was pleasantly surprised by how unpainful it was: a bit like putting mascara on with a spiky mascara brush. After about 90 minutes I was very happy with the result

Nails and brows done today. Very happy with the service. Would highly recommend this lovely salon. Friendly staff who talked me through as it was my first brow treatment, results are fabulous.

I had eyelash lift and tint with Kelly. Highly recommend Kelly. So happy with my lovely eyes. No more mascara for a while anyway. Nice relaxed environment too. Just need to book my massage now. Happy Christmas to all at Ruby Rooms.
