Sara was lovely, friendly and professional. So easy to talk to and the massage helped a lot with my pain. She was informative and gave me advice on what to do after the massage I.e. stretches. I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. Will definitely recommend to others and also book again. I feel very relaxed :)

I was intrigued about the treatment & interested in it's general benefits prior to attending. Amara gave me a warm welcome which immediately put me at ease. She was kind, courteous & very professional. She was informative & very knowledgeable with regards to her craft & she fully explained the process throughout my session. Needless to say I will be drinking plenty of water (something I do not generally do) & will revisit again in 5 weeks time. Loved it & even received photographs afterwards! Thanks you Amara x
